Actor and singer-songwriter Dennis Quaid has sold his home in Pacific Palisades for $5.9 million, it was reported in Variety.
Quaid and his band Dennis Quaid and The Sharks perform at The Mint on Saturday night.
Quaid restored and updated the late-1920’s Spanish villa. The home has six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms and is 6,100 square feet.
The home is hidden away from the street by a wall of bamboo and located near the Pacific Ocean in one of Southern California’s most prestigious area codes. Quaid purchased the villa for $5.1 million and had been asking $6.5 million.
The stunning abode is accented by stained glass windows, an exposed wood ceiling and a stone fireplace. There’s a media lounge with drop-down screen, a high-end kitchen that boasts new designer appliances and plenty of room to entertain. The sale was first reported in Variety.
