A heaven’s worth of stars hit the stage at The Roxy last night as Slash, Duff McKagen, David Johansen and Johnny Depp jammed with their friend Joe Perry at The Roxy.
Gary Cherone and Dean and Rob Deleo rounded out the all-star band.
The reason for all the star studdliness? Perry is releasing his first solo album in almost 10 years, Sweetzerland Manifesto.

Before stepping in to sing “I Wanna Roll,” Johansen, a longtime pal of Perry, recalled a story:
“I remember I was at his house he was about four maybe five and he said to hs mother, ‘Mommy when I grow up I’m gonna be a musician.’ She said ‘You better make up your mind Joe because you can’t do both.'”
